Our outside light gave up, earlier in the week. The heavy rain had taken its toll, as water managed to find its way into the sensor unit and that was that.
When I took the old unit off the wall it was obvious that over the years there have been several different lights in place, judging by the rawl plug display..
Well, it seems that it takes just one man to change a light unit. Twenty minutes or so of drilling, snipping and tightening later, and the new light unit was in. Yes, it does work – before anyone asks! 😉
