With my HR course now finished, it was a bit odd having a Sunday without books, laptop and notes at hand.
I went for my long run as usual (not even HR got in the way of my long run!). I cut it to 14 miles today, I’m working on setting a base fitness level for now and all is going well.
This afternoon I was able to chill, with the Grand Prix and cricket on TV. I even found time to wash the car!
I do have plenty of things lined up, so it won’t be car washing every Sunday!
