Wednesday evenings mean a mid-week run for me. I was quite pleased with my pace tonight, 4 miles in 30 minutes isn’t going to break any records but I felt good throughout so can’t complain.
I then spent a bit of time using a foam roller to give my hamstrings and calf muscles a good going over. It might not sound like an instrument of pain – but I can assure you that when it finds a knot, that foam roller hurts. Little wonder that it’s called The Beast!!
